Malta Enterprise Annual Report

The year 2011 brought about the new logo and branding for Malta Enterprise - the government branch that assists the setting up of industries in Malta and Gozo. The Annual Report was designed very much to carry the elements of the new logo, which is a modern representation of the Maltese 8-pointed cross, rendered in a series of circles. The spot UV effect on the cover helped to emphasise this feature, which was also carried out on the design of the inside pages, with the use of the brand established typefaces and colour palette.

CountryProfiler is possibly one of the leading companies which produces very accurate, reliable and comprehensive reports on various topics. Thorough reports which tackle all the economic aspects of countries such as Malta and Cyprus are produced on a regular annual basis and these are many times used as the leading source of info for companies travelling abroad. Due to this reliability, Country Profiler was also several times asked to produce specific reports on certain sectors of the economy, and the aim is always that of achieving the best possible level of content and information.

FinanceMalta has been producing its Annual Investment Guide for the last decade. This is an A5 booklet which focuses on the main economical and investment-related activities on the islands. In the more recent years, the main investment guide was accompanied by a set of more detailed guides related to more specific sectors within its remit, and the idea was that of trying to make sure that the design concept carries on between the main booklet and the guides - which with the help of interesting infographics, tables and charts render the whole set quite interesting.
ICCA Responsible Care Progress Report

The International Council of Chemical Associations (ICCA) is the worldwide voice of the chemical industry. Although we have designed several of their reports, this particular one stands out because it was purposely designed to show the industry’s care for environment. Printed on FSC sustainable uncoated paper, and enriched with natural photography, its rough feel distances itself from the normal trend of glossy reports, whilst at the same time bringing out the essential important points that such an imposing organisation puts forward.
Malta International Airport Annual Report

Although going back to more than 15 years, the design of this Annual Report still stands out in its freshness and originality. Printed on semi-coated paper, and printed in full colour, it is enhanced with an additional metallic ink that enriches the whole effect of the modern design. The different approach taken towards the representation of data and figures, combined with strong and colourful photography still looks timeless even in this day and age.
MIDI plc Annual Report

MIDI is a listed company that manages the development of Manoel Island and Tigné Point. In accordance with Maltese laws, every year it has to produce an Annual Report to give out to its shareholders. MIDI take on a classic, elegant approach which goes very much in line with their general policies.
TBG Limited Annual Report

TBG wanted to produce an Annual Report and print a short run. The idea was that of creating something that looks professional but not boring, especially since the content was mainly text and numbers. The option to go for spiral binding seems to have hit the nail on the head as the end result produced the effect desired.
Cyprus Investment Funds Association Annual Review

CIFA is the Cyprus Investment Funds Association. The need to create an Annual Report of a certain level of design was felt, and a combination of strong photography and a clean design, peppered with strong colourful graphs, charts and tables created the balance wanted. The first year a blue uncoated board was selected for the cover, and the following year, the same board but in grey was used - thus maintaining a flexible consistency in the look and feel.

Another annual project for the Cyprus Investment Funds Association is the Sector Guide Report. Every year, we stick to the same format, so that there is consistency, however we change the theme of the visual material. The first year it was work by a Cypriot artist, and in 2019 it was archaeological Cypriot themes.
